The local Computacenter team at Adastral Park currently provide desktop support to BT group under a joint venture partnership - Project Hexagon.
We aim to provide an end-to-end managed service for all desktop portfolio software and hardware repair, introducing the 'Single Customer Event' to provide a one-visit fix wherever possible.
We are also working with all of the BT Group lines-of-business to rollout a managed refresh programme that will seek to ensure all desktop infrastructure is automatically identified and replaced after 3 years.
