CREATE: The Centre for Research in Educational Applications of Telematics was formed as part of the major re-organisation of Suffolk College in August 1997. CREATE is currently a self-funded research centre that is dedicated to researching and evaluating the contribution of ICT to effective teaching, learning and assessment practises. CREATE works independently and in partnership with a range of national and international private and public sector organisations, including BT.
