Welcome to BodyTalk Gym
The gym provides a vast range of equipment enabling anyone to achieve their own personal fitness targets whether it be moderate exercise or the peak of physical fitness through weight training or aerobic workout. Qualified instructors are permanently on hand during opening hours to provide advice and guidance every step of the way.
The Body Talk gym is located adjacent to the upper loading bay of the Aquarius Building at Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich.
The club is managed by an elected committee and run day-to-day by Fitness Express Ltd.

Monday - Friday - 7am to 8pm
