There are no squash courts available at Adastral Park however Atlas does make arrangements with local clubs to run subsidised events.
Current Activities
Coaching for beginners and intermediate players
With Ipswich Squash club manager and SRA coach, Dave Howell
Sessions will be centred around:
Basic play, Group warm-up and sessions on the courts with all players involved either individually or together.
Court movement (shadowing and ghosting) without the ball.
Everyone can work at their own pace.
