Car sharing, walking, cycling and the use of public transport to Adastral Park is encouraged wherever possible:
- Car sharing - apart from company specific schemes, Suffolk Network offers a countywide service, where www.liftshare.com offers a nationwide service.
- The Ipswich Cycle Map identifies designated safe bike routes. Whilst on the Park, cycle shelters are provided in various locations, and lockers, showers and changing rooms are available in the Atlas Fitness Centre - the site map shows where it is located.
