BT Conferencing can help save time, money and the environment.

The use of Audio Conferencing calls across BT has virtually tripled in the last four years. Currently, such calls are replacing more than 859,784 potential face-to-face meetings each year. Research shows that each avoided meeting saves at least £178 in travel costs and frees up at least £120 of management time. Each conference call is saving a minimum of 40kg of travel related CO2 emissions and in total, the use of conferencing calls by BT has saved more than 97,628 tonnes of CO2 from being emitted into the environment.

Touchdown desks are available for use, some with desktop PC’s, in the Reception building (20 desks) and Calisto House (6 desks). Both locations have printer, fax and phone access. Please use the online desk booking system to reserve your place.
